If you’ve been feeling disconnected, quieted, or just a little lost in the noise of everything you carry…this 45-minute free workshop is an opportunity to come back to yourself.

There’s a version of you who once spoke freely.

She didn’t rehearse every sentence in her head. She didn’t second-guess how she sounded, how she came across, or whether she was “too much” or “not enough.” She simply expressed herself. Honestly, naturally, without fear.

For many of us, that version existed in childhood, before we learned to shrink, self-monitor, or filter ourselves to feel accepted, safe, or liked.

Life got full. Responsibilities grew. Expectations got louder. And without even realizing it, your voice may have become something you manage rather than something you feel or express. You might notice it in the moments you stay quiet when you want to speak. When you soften your truth to keep the peace. When you’re not even sure what you want to say anymore. When you’re not even sure if anything in your day to day life is truly bringing you joy.

This workshop is a space to gently interrupt patterns, and explore.

Your natural, unfiltered expression.

The part of you that exists underneath the pressure, the roles, and the constant noise of daily life.

In this 45-minute guided experience, you’ll be invited to slow down and turn inward. Through reflection, simple vocal exploration, and guided practices, you’ll begin to notice your current relationship with your voice without judgment, and explore what may have shaped it over time. You’ll be guided back to a familiar place: the version of you who once expressed herself without hesitation. Not to stay in the past, but to remember what’s still available to you now.

This is a space where:

  • You don’t have to perform
  • You don’t have to share unless you want to
  • You don’t have to “get it right”

Instead, you get to listen. To feel. To reconnect.

Because your voice isn’t something you need to fix.
More often, it’s something that simply hasn’t felt safe to be heard.

And when that begins to shift, even slightly, it has a ripple effect. In how you communicate. In how you show up in your relationships. In how clearly you know yourself.

Not by pushing harder.
But by listening more deeply.
